Graduation party photo sharing
Graduation party photo sharing
Hundreds of graduates, families and friends, every one of them taking photos. A single QR code turns all of those camera rolls into one album the whole class can keep.

Graduation party photo sharing at the scale of a whole class
A graduation is not one event but many: the ceremony, the cap toss, the family dinners, the party at night. The photos end up spread across hundreds of phones and a dozen group chats, and most of the class never sees most of them.
One QR code changes that. Classmates and families scan, upload from the browser and move on — no app and no account. Every photo and video lands in one folder in the organizer’s Google Drive, in original quality.
For the class committee: control without the hassle
You decide whether everyone sees the gallery, whether uploads need approval before appearing, and whether the album asks for an access code at the door. You can pause uploads at any time; the page explains the album is closed instead of showing errors.
There are no per-guest or per-photo fees, which matters when the guest list runs into the hundreds. The only limit is the free space in your Google Drive, and the dashboard warns you before it runs out.
Old photos welcome
Keep the album open after the party and ask the class to add photos from the years before: the first week, the trips, the late nights before exams. It becomes the class yearbook nobody had to design.
Photo challenges keep it lively — "the cap toss", "a photo with your favorite teacher", "your squad" — with a leaderboard and a points cap per person.
One album per event, or one for the whole year
Some classes create one album for the ceremony and another for the party; others keep a single album for everything. Both work. Each album has its own address, QR code and folder, so you can split them by event or keep one archive for the whole graduation season, managed from one account. When the year ends, share the Drive folder with the class and everyone keeps a copy of the photos.
