Corporate event photo sharing that stays in your account
Most photo sharing tools keep your event photos on their servers, under their terms, until the subscription ends. For a company, that is the wrong way round. With Fotografou, uploads go into a folder in your own Google Drive — your company account, your retention rules, your access controls.
The permission we request from Google only covers the folder the app creates. We cannot see anything else in your Drive, and the original files never pass through our servers.
Moderation built in
Turn on approval and nothing appears in the gallery until someone on your team releases it — useful if the gallery is on a screen in the venue. Hide or remove anything from the dashboard; if you also want it gone from Drive, the dashboard offers that explicitly.
Ask for an access code at the door if the event is private, and pause uploads whenever the event is over. The page tells attendees the album is closed instead of throwing errors.
Engagement your attendees will actually join
Attendees will not install an app for a one-day event. They will scan a QR code on their table or badge and upload in seconds. Photo challenges — "your team at the booth", "the best keynote moment", "a photo with the speaker" — and a leaderboard with a points cap per person turn sharing into part of the program.
Every event gets its own address, QR code and folder. Run the launch in March and the summit in September from the same account, each with its own counters.
From the venue to your marketing team
Because the files are in your own Google Drive, your marketing team can open the folder during the event and pick photos for social media in real time — no export, no waiting for an external platform to send a download link. Videos arrive in original quality, up to 2 GB per file, and each file keeps the name it had on the attendee’s phone.
