Refund policy

You can create, customize and fully test your album — including a real test upload to your own Google Drive — before paying anything. Payment is only taken when you choose to publish.

If you change your mind, you can request a full refund of the $19.00 publication fee within 14 days of payment, as long as the album has not received any uploads from guests.

Once guests have started uploading, the service you paid for — a published album for a year — is being delivered, and the fee is no longer refundable, except where the law of your country says otherwise.

Albums suspended for breaking our terms of service are not eligible for a refund.

Write to hello@fotografou.com from the email address of your account, with the album address and the date of payment.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank, it may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
