Event photo sharing app
Event photo sharing app with a QR code
Conferences, parties, reunions, launches: wherever people take photos, a single QR code turns them into one shared album in your Google Drive. No installs, no accounts, no chasing people afterwards.
Create for free. Publish for $19.00, one time.

A few steps. So many memories.
How the QR code photo album works
in three steps.
Easy for hosts. Even easier for guests.
- 01
You create and print
Pick the event type, connect your Google Drive and download the design with the QR code.
- 02
Guests scan
The phone camera opens the page. No app to install, no account to create.
- 03
Photos land in your Drive
Each upload goes straight to the event folder, in original quality.
The best event photo sharing app is the one nobody has to install
Asking attendees to download an app to share event photos is asking for a step most of them will skip. Store searches, logins and permissions eat the thirty seconds of attention you actually have. The result is a feed with a handful of photos from the most motivated people in the room.
With Fotografou, the "app" is a web page that opens from a QR code. Attendees scan, choose their photos and videos and upload — in the same time it would take them to find an app in the store. That is why participation is so much higher.
Built for organizers: control, moderation and a clean archive
Every upload goes into a folder in your Google Drive, in original quality, named the way it was on the attendee’s phone. For corporate events this matters: the photos live in your company account, not on a third-party server you will forget about next year.
You decide whether attendees see a shared gallery, whether each upload needs your approval before it appears, and whether the album asks for a code at the door. You can pause uploads at any time, and the page explains the album is closed instead of throwing errors.
From one event photo sharing album to the next
Each event gets its own address, its own QR code and its own folder. You can run several albums from the same account — a launch party in March, the annual summit in September — and each one stays separate, with its own counters and its own settings.
Printed materials come ready: a table sign, a card, a poster, a square post and a story, all generated with your QR code. If you prefer your own design, download the QR code on its own in high resolution, or let AI create the artwork — we check the QR code still scans before accepting it.
