Engagement party photo sharing
Engagement party photo sharing
Most engagement parties have no photographer — which means the only record of the night is on your guests’ phones. A QR code on the table brings it all together.
Create for free. Publish for $19.00, one time.

Engagement party photo sharing when there is no photographer
Engagement parties are often smaller and more relaxed than weddings, and few couples hire a professional for them. That makes the guests the photographers — and makes it easy to end up with almost nothing, because everyone assumes someone else took the good photos.
One QR code fixes it. Guests scan with the camera, pick their photos and videos and upload from the browser. No app, no account. Everything lands in a folder in your Google Drive, in original quality.
The toast, the ring, the families meeting
Ask guests for the moments you will want later: the proposal story being told for the tenth time, the ring close-up, both families in one frame. Photo challenges help — "a photo with the couple", "the best toast", "the ring" — with a leaderboard and a points cap per guest.
Turn on the gallery so guests can see each other’s photos, or keep it private. You can require approval before anything appears, and pause uploads whenever you like.
From the engagement to the wedding
Your engagement album becomes the first chapter. When the wedding comes, create a second album with its own QR code; both stay in your account and in your Drive. Many couples use the engagement album to see how guests respond, and arrive at the wedding knowing exactly where to place the signs.
Everything is ready to print: a table sign, a card, a poster, a square post and a story, each with your names and the QR code.
Ready before the first toast
Choose "engagement" when you create the album, and the theme, the welcome message and a set of challenges are already filled in. Connect your Google Drive with one click, download the table sign with your QR code, and scan it yourself once before the party. If you can upload a photo from the couch, your guests can upload from the table.
Creating, customizing and testing the album is free. You only pay when you publish, and the page stays live for a full year — plenty of time for the photos that arrive weeks later.
